First Steps Academy adds four more classrooms, a multipurpose room, a staff lounge, a conference room and offices to our location.

First Steps Child Care Center becomes First Steps Academy and takes on the new mission of giving young children the best preparation for success in life.
June 2008
First Steps Child Care Center expands to a capacity of 110 children. This doubles the size of the school and adds a Kindergarten program and second playground. A van is purchased allowing children to participate in monthly field trips.
April 2004
First Steps Child Care Center opens. Our purpose is offering working families, in the Tysons Corner & McLean area, a high-quality preschool and daycare center. The school opens with a capacity for 46 children and serves infants through four-year–olds.
